90% packed

off to bed soon.
excited to take the plane! love aero-plane food!
It been i don't know how many years seen i've been to Jakarta..well not looking forward to get mosquito bite! Hopefully there are nice things to shop too..
The flight is at 2.25pm and will probably reach at 3.05pm as stated.
Will be back on monday night...so this means i will be missing fri's and mon's training! i better not eat too much while i'm there....HAHA!! WE'LL SEE ABT TT!

3 more days b4 i leave for indo!!

I LOST MY HANDPHONE FOR THE SECOND TIME IN SCHOOL AND FOUND IT AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME!! WOAH!! THANKS GOD!!
After entrep lecture at the LTC i had hrm tutorial...it ended at 5pm instead of 6pm. So aliah decided to go mr lionel's office for awhile and i went with her...at that point, i still didnt realise that i lost my hp. at 5.20pm, aliah got an sms from our class rep and asked if i receive the msg too. That was when i realised i lost my hp!! OH! in addition, my admin card and ezlink card was in the hp pouch together with the hp too!!! i got reallly worried!! i ran to the LTC but couldnt find it...went up to the tut room and couldnt find it there too!! and i checked the toilet that i went to b4 tutorial and it wasnt there too!!! i nearly wanted to cry!!

Went back to Mr lionel office perspiring..then he asked me to go check again and asked aliah to come along....so we went back to the LTC...AND THERE IT WAS!!! I WAS SO HAPPY TO SEE THE DOMO FACE!!!! XD XD XD!! WHAT A BIG SIGH OF RELIEF MAN! THANKS GOD! THANK GOD!

and by the way, my hrm tutorial teacher is pretty nice. there are 6 of us sw in that same tutorial grp and she kindly let us be in one grp for ica project!! =)

met up with ongqi today before he book in..

field camp for the next 6days..
which means, no bathing only powder bath,
Build tent sleep in the forest, eating ration food!
and his sleeping buddy is this malay dude who is abt my height and tt malay guy doesnt reali bathe even in camp..hahaha..Which you all the best sleeping beside him ah sial! HAHAHA!

today's training 5pm. Be ready by 5 or i'll leave..

woah! training today and it rained like heavily halfway!!
I did one 150m and four 120m all out and right after the last 120m that we did then it started to pour!! haha..was damn happy that it started raining cuz coach actuali told me not to take off my spikes yet... we were all seating at the stadium and there were thunder and lightning!! the lightning were like big man!! and so many!!! and everytime a lightning came we were like wahhhhh!! hahaha! makan session later was pretty boring...eugene talked alot and there wasnt enough fooodd!!! was still hungry after that...and we went to mac to fill our tummy...and like most of the track ppl all went mac...HAHAHHA! Can't really blame those that organised the makan session for the lack of foood cuz it's their first time...tml sentosa!!

It's bitter sweet

sighh sighh...
Monday bluess...
it's my last weekday holiday of my 2 and a half month semester break and school will finally start on monday..it will be abt 4 months of stress, projects, presentations, ICAs and exams!! and above tt is an extra module...i hope i will be able to cope and keep up! going overseas on the first week wont be of help to tt...haha..I hope for the first day of sch i wont be late for class..or should i say the first week! I must say, i feel pretty nervous starting school..i think cuz it's the last semester!! But none the less, i would miss poly life once it comes to an end.

i still feel my legs wobbling

i pretty sorta had the feeling that training today was not gonna be good and thought of not going but i still went and yes training was insane...did 100m lunges followed by 200m fast striding with technique for 5 sets, 5mins break in between each set. And after that, hurdles jump 5 times for 10 sets and the high was set to 30-30!! did the hurdles with justina, sihao has alredy finish his and he was there to support and advice...after that was 5 rounds on the field fast jog...but by the time we finish wat we had finished we couldn't even like jog properly, my knees felt so loose..tina and i slow jog like 2 rounds and then walk a round, caryn juz continued to jog...haha..felt so heavy even going home...and even now...lol! Tomorrow we will all feel the aches man!!!!

tuesday lunch

nydc lunch with Vanya and Charlene(=

Vanya had a plate of barbecue ribs which come along with salad, fries and a workout cutting those ribs heeheehee. I was saying, Ribs are men's food! lol >.<

Charlene had the creamy cheezy prawn/mushroom pasta which was quite a big portion. It was not bad for me but i agree that the portion was alot for a cheezy creamy dish.

As for moi, i had the ribeye steak which come along with the salad and my all time favourite, good old mash potato!! <3

And we shared dessert afterward..yumz!! It's some ice-cream cake with chocolate sauce over it.

We still had time to kill b4 the Singapore pools FA cup match which nip was playing, so we went ard and spend most of the time at zara and we kinda lost track of time while we were there...ahahha! We all tried clothing..hee but i didnt get any, cuz the clothes were too ex. I like tt black tube dress cuz of the detail of it but i had a hard time getting out of it cuz of the zipper!!! like seriously, even charlene cant help me unzip..

It was the FA cup finals
Singapore cricket club Vs Balestier Khalsa FC
well, SCC won by 3-2
2 of which the goals were own goal by the Balestier team..like whattt!!!
and nip got injured like pretty badly early in the game.

My adidas watch is broken into 2!!!
Broken during games warm-up training.
I'm Damnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn SAD!=(
It has been with me for almost 6 years!
It was a birthday gift from my brother when i was 15!
And now it's brokenn!!!
It's like the only watch i feel comfortable wearing.
Tried puting tape around it,
but it's flimsy and unwearable. )=

hardest thing to say

Mother told me not to take it to heart.
Partly is due to the pressure from work.
I guess I do say things which i would regret in the moment of anger,
and when i calm down i would feel bad for how i think or what i say.
But it's never easy for me to say sorry out loud, as i tend to not want to show that i am affected and all. =(
